Terms of Develivery for Consumers
General Information about orders and delivery
A EUR 11,4 packaging and handling fee is added to orders less than EUR 25.
The customer must be at least 18 years old.
The customer is responsible for the delivery address, e-mail, as well as the accuracy of the phone number. With the home delivery option, the customer is also responsible for ensuring that he/she can be reached during business hours on weekdays.
We supply the products only within the EU (deliveries outside the EU can be agreed separately).
Finnish law will be applied to this agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement shall be solved in the district court of Satakunta, Finland.
Limitation of supplier liability
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are not made available to persons who are allergic or sensitive to them.
The customer must check the potential risks and side effects of the product and its suitability for use by the customer from the product information sheet as well as official sources (especially for bulk products). If the customer wants clarification on the use of the product, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly or Nordic Gusto.
The supplier is not liable for any information provided by the product manufacturer or any third party as to recommendations regarding supplements for any health purposes.
Disclaimer: The products or claims made about specific nutrients or products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and they may be harmful to humans and animals.

Processing time, deliveries and delivery time estimates
Typical order processing time is from 2 working days to 2 weeks, depending on whether the product is in stock. Order delivery time depends on the customer’s chosen method of transport. If the estimated handling and transport time is longer than 4 weeks, the customer will be informed by e-mail.
Time spent in any possible customs handling process as well as the local post office handling process is not included in the delivery time estimates.
When ordering and shipping products outside Finland, the purchaser of the product is responsible for local taxes, customs duties, handling fees and other costs.
Should products be out of stock the supplier shall inform the customer by e-mail.
Products are delivered in by Finnish Posti.
Typical transport times for Posti are
1-3 days for deliveries inside Finland.
Nordic countries 3-6 business days
Rest of Europe 4-8 days
The supplier will add a covering letter to the package which acts as a receipt of purchase for the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that it is not a restricted or forbidden import product into the country.
The supplier will not refund products if they cannot be imported or the order is returned to the supplier for any reason.
Small deliveries inside Finland can be send by using letter or similar.
Methods of payment and prices
Prices can be found in the online store and include Finnish VAT.
Products and their delivery shipping costs are paid when ordering from the online store using the payment methods currently available.
Payment is carried out by Checkout Finland Oy's service through co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. The payee for the order is: Checkout Finland Oy, Varastokatu 3 A, 33100 Tampere. Business ID 2196606-6.
In the bank transfer alternative, payment goes directly to Nordic Gusto Ltd.
Returns and damaged products
Orders outside Finland cannot be returned or refunded.
Based on Finnish consumer protection legislation, Finnish consumers have the right to cancel their order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. The purchaser/customer has to notify the supplier in advance. Returned products must be unopened and free from defects. When returning an order from Finland the purchaser/customer should provide a bank account number and a reason for the return (e.g. damaged product, wrong size, etc.) to speed up operations. The purchaser/customer must make a return notice by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product.
In Finland, the customer should return the product at their own cost using the customer return form. Returns should be sent to: Customer Return, Nordic Gusto Ltd, Pilvitie 8, 28200 Pori.
If the package is damaged during transportation and as a result the ordered products are damaged, the customer must immediately make a damage report at the post office. The client must also document the damaged delivery by photographing it. The customer should then contact customer service in order to agree on delivery of a new product.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order, it must be made in writing prior to shipment of the product. If the order has already been delivered to the post office, cancellation is no longer possible.
For any costs associated with a product that is not picked up, a fee of at least EUR 30 will be charged.
Online shopping does not require registration.
Registration is free of charge.
Registered customer information will not be disclosed.
Information about dispute resolution bodies for consumers according Finnish legistlation
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputer Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputer Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices' Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi)
